How builds are counted
- Only players who run the plugin upload their own gear, talents and modules, so every panel says how many uploaders it covers.
- One build per player per spec: their latest build that fought in a cleared run this season.
- The spec comes from the build's own talent stage, not a guess from skills.
- “Builds from” can narrow to players who cleared Master 6+ or to the top 25% of parses — still popularity, not proof of the best build.
- Regions stay separate; a region shows its build panels once a spec reaches 15 uploaders.
